Professional Edge Consultants conducted Performance and Reward Management Training that took place at Kasasa Club in Dwangwa between
the 16th October – 19th October 2018.

There were 11 delegates present, mainly Executives from Public and private Sector in Human Resources administration, Finance and service departments.
The delegates came from different companies namely, National Road Funds Administration, Malawi Housing Corporation, Lilongwe water Board, ESCOM, Nkhanga
and Air Cargo. The trainers for this four-day course from Professional Edge Consultants were Oganive Chingakule and Rejoice Chisi.

The course outline for Performance and Reward Management Training based upon a short needs assessment that was conducted right at the beginning of the
training was as follows.. Learning Outcomes:
To understand the fundamentals of Performance and Reward Management
To be able to assess both individual and organisational performance that adds to
the successful performance of the organisation.
Understand about Reward and motivation
To learn about performance management and assessment using 360degree feedback and the balanced
score-card
To understand performance planning and how to manage teams
Our Approach:
PE conducted a series of self-assessment before the training and the pre-training questions were asked to further gauge the competency levels
of the participants.
Out of 11 participants 1 showed that his knowledge was on level 3,2 participants level 4, participants on level 5, and 2 participants level 7 of knowledge.
The overall expectation from the group was on measuring performance and identifying key performance indicators.
