Every project is assigned a team with a variety of experiences and backgrounds. The team also has strong expertise in formulating training solutions that that are clear and concise and produce relevant results. General Experience
Oganive has over 13 years of experience working in business development service provision across multiple sectors particularly in agriculture. She was the Head of training and Consultancy for BUSINESS CONSULT AFRICA where she was responsible for coordinating business development interventions and managing a robust consulting team with varied skills and capability to deliver high performance. She has worked on managing projects that have been targeting entrepreneurs in Malawi and toolkits to support entrepreneurs in the SADC region and the Caribbean. All supporting entrepreneurs such as the UNDP Growth Accelerator, PPPC Incubate Malawi Project and Farmer Income Diversification Programme (FIDP) consultancy.

As a consultant, she is an experienced consultant in feasibility assessments, strategic development, marketing, business planning and entrepreneurship development. She has extensive experience in Small and medium enterprises and being a managing partner for Professional Edge Consultants she has done a lot of work and facilitated workshops for small and medium enterprises.

    General Experience
    Rejoice has over 15 years of experience working in financial sector, particularly within Microfinance and SACCO sector. She was the General Manager for FUTURE SACCO where she was responsible for the management, development and maintenance of a high-performance team by providing good leadership and effective supervision and guidance of staff members under her charge. She managed to create lending policies for the Sacco. She attended the Women Mentorship Program in Canada Ottawa 2015 for Credit Union Women. Rejoice has also worked with Microfinance Institutions such as PRIDE Malawi, Easy Loans, Select Financial Services where she has built solid understanding of MFIs and SACCOs. As a consultant, she is an experienced consultant in strategic development, marketing, Human Resources, business planning and management of Financial Institutions. She has extensive experience in Micro-finance and Small and medium enterprises and being a managing partner for Professional Edge she has done a lot of work and facilitated workshops for small and medium enterprises.

He is certified in PMD Pro and trained in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, as well as Empowered Worldview, specializing in mindset change for entrepreneurship.

    General Experience
    Makayiko has over 14 years of experience in project design and management, people management, and networking and collaboration. Additionally, Makayiko is skilled in capacity building for diverse audiences, focusing on people management, community development facilitation, disaster management, strategic partnership development and management, and mental health and psychosocial support. In the realm of project management, Makayiko has extensive expertise in capacity building, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, partnership, networking and collaboration, leadership and supervision, as well as proposal and concept development.

    Achievements

  • Conducted a comprehensive study titled “An Exploration of World Vision Malawi’s 2013 to 2015 Strategy and its Impact on the Operation of World Vision.” This research delved into the strategic initiatives undertaken by World Vision Malawi
  • Presented at an international conference in Doha (2019) on the role of faith leaders in ending child marriages in Malawi.
  • Developed a training manual for Ebola case management during the 2015 response in Freetown.

    Strategic and Proposal Development
  • Led a strategy review for Girls Activist Youth Organisation (GAYO) in 2023.
  • Developed proposals for GAYO to secure funding from various UN organizations and international NGOs, aiding in their business development efforts.

    Juvenalis has over a decade of experience in management information systems, focusing on training frontline users and project management. His roles at MSI Reproductive Choices, Banja La Mtsogolo, and Malawi Telecommunications Limited have shaped his expertise in implementing Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) across 15 countries, standardizing digital solutions for Marie Stopes International. He has also developed membership management systems, electronic health records, e-learning platforms, and mobile apps.

    As a consultant, Juvenalis currently leads digital solutions for Facet Technologies Limited, leveraging his skills in digital transformation across sectors.

  • Implemented MSI’s SORT2 Salesforce system and developed its Power BI dashboard.
  • Digitised Survey Collection tools, trained users and provided data management for the Business Accelerator for Youth Program (BA4Y) for Alliance for Biodiversity and CIAT
  • Delivered digital skills topics under the Incubate Malawi digital skills curriculum through preparation and delivery of AI in Business, Social Media Marketing & Web Analytics Training.
