Oganive has over 13 years of experience working in business development service provision across multiple sectors particularly in agriculture.
She was the Head of training and Consultancy for BUSINESS CONSULT AFRICA where she was responsible for coordinating business development
interventions and managing a robust consulting team with varied skills and capability to deliver high performance. She has worked on
managing projects that have been targeting entrepreneurs in Malawi and toolkits to support entrepreneurs in the SADC region and the Caribbean.
All supporting entrepreneurs such as the UNDP Growth Accelerator, PPPC Incubate Malawi Project and Farmer Income Diversification Programme (FIDP)

leadership and effective supervision and guidance of staff members under her charge. She managed to create lending policies for the Sacco.
She attended the Women Mentorship Program in Canada Ottawa 2015 for Credit Union Women. Rejoice has also worked with Microfinance Institutions
such as PRIDE Malawi, Easy Loans, Select Financial Services where she has built solid understanding of MFIs and SACCOs. As a consultant,
she is an experienced consultant in strategic development, marketing, Human Resources, business planning and management of Financial Institutions.
